Embossing is what most clients end up going with after seeing samples. Your logo gets pressed directly into the leather — no color, no ink, just a clean impression in the material. Logo printing is the better option when your brand identity depends on color. A colorful logo, an illustrated mark, something with gradients or fine linework — printing captures that in a way embossing can't.

Engraving sits somewhere between the two in terms of feel. Works well for minimal, precise logos. Slightly deeper impression than embossing.

How Long Production Takes

5 to 10 working days after artwork is confirmed and order is placed.

Where things actually slow down is the artwork stage — revisions, internal approvals, logo files that need to be redrawn from a low-res version someone sent across. That's normal, but it eats into the timeline. If you can get the design ready before you finalize the order, production moves faster.

Straight Answers to Common Questions

Minimum order quantity? 50 pieces for custom-branded bulk orders.

Embossing or printing — which is better? Depends on the logo. Embossing for clean, simple marks. Printing when color is essential. Send the file and we'll advise.

Can we get individual names on each diary? Possible for smaller quantities. Adds time and cost for larger batches. Needs to be discussed separately before confirming.

What about fountain pens? Standard ballpoint and gel pens — no issue. Wetter fountain pen inks may feather slightly depending on the nib. Not a dealbreaker for most, but worth knowing.

Sample before full order? Yes. Usually a small charge for the sample and courier. Completely reasonable to ask before placing 200+ pieces.

GST invoice? Yes, for all bulk corporate orders without exception.

Do you deliver outside metros? Pan-India. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities included — transit times vary by location but delivery is standard.
