At ANKX Bulk, we understand that timely delivery and reliable service are important when ordering corporate gifts, promotional products, and customized merchandise in bulk.

This Delivery & Return Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle orders placed through ANKX Bulk.

1. Order Processing

Once your order and customization details are confirmed, we begin processing your order.

For customized and bulk orders, production time may vary depending on:

  • Product type
  • Order quantity
  • Customization requirements
  • Artwork or logo approval
  • Packaging requirements
  • Production availability

Before starting production, we may contact you to confirm product details, quantity, customization, artwork, and delivery information.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on the product, quantity, customization, production time, and delivery location.

Usually 8 to 15 Working Days ( Making + Delivery )

For standard products, orders may generally be dispatched after the required processing period.

For customized and bulk orders, the estimated delivery timeline will be communicated to the customer before or during order confirmation.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation issues, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Bulk & Customized Orders

Bulk and customized orders require additional production and quality-checking time.

Once customization details, artwork, quantity, and other specifications are approved by the customer, production may begin.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking and approving customization details before production.

After production has started, changes to the design, quantity, product, or customization may not be possible.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We use suitable courier and logistics partners for delivering orders across India.

Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and other required information.

ANKX Bulk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the shipment
  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Courier service issues
  • Natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect address or customer-related delivery issue.

5. Delivery Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect the package when it is delivered.

If the package appears visibly damaged, please document the condition of the package with photographs or video and contact us as soon as possible.

For any product-related issue, please contact our support team with your order details, photographs, videos, and a description of the issue so that we can review the matter.

6. Return Policy

Because many products sold by ANKX Bulk are customized or made according to the customer's specifications, customized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changes their mind.

Returns may be considered in cases such as:

  • Incorrect product supplied by ANKX Bulk
  • Significant manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect customization caused by ANKX Bulk
  • Product damaged during transportation, subject to verification

Any return or replacement request must be reported to us within the applicable period after delivery.

7. Customized Products

Customized products are produced according to the information, artwork, logo, names, initials, designs, colors, quantities, and specifications approved by the customer.

Once production has started, cancellation, return, or exchange may not be available for customized products due to a change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or failure to review approved artwork.

Customers are therefore requested to carefully verify all customization details before giving final approval.

8. Non-Returnable Products

The following may generally not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized products
  • Personalized products
  • Products made specifically according to customer specifications
  • Products with customer-approved branding or artwork
  • Orders where the customer provided incorrect customization information
  • Products returned due to a change of mind

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that appears damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Contact number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Video, where applicable
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and determine whether a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution is applicable.

10. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will depend on the nature of the issue and the original payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

Shipping charges, customization charges, or other non-refundable charges may not be refundable where applicable.

11. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

For standard products, cancellation may be possible before dispatch or processing, subject to the order status.

For customized and bulk orders, cancellation may not be possible once production, customization, procurement, or other order-specific work has started.

Any applicable refund will be determined based on the stage of the order and costs already incurred.
